Our Board

Harris Community Action is led by a team of current Harris graduate students with experience working on community-based projects in Chicago and around the world. The HCA board works together to organize and operate the fellowship.

Scott Wozencraft, Co-Partnerships Manager

Scott Wozencraft, he/him/his – Scott has spent almost 10 years in Chicago working with Community Based Organizations in various capacities, including program management and design, fundraising, and strategic planning.  Most recently, he was at a health tech start-up – NowPow – founded out of UChicago Medicine, that was pushing the frontier of clinic to community connectedness across the country.

Rimjhim Agrawal, Co-Partnerships Manager

Rimjhim Agrawal is a first-year MPP student at Harris driven towards civic engagement in the urban policy sphere. She comes to Harris from Delhi, India, with a background in urban & regional planning where she engaged in work in slums and rural areas in India. Prior to Harris, she was a Risk Analyst at RMSI, working on projects to reduce disaster risk by building institutional capacity, strengthening community resilience, and planning for risk. Through her involvement with HCA, she looks forward to getting involved with the community and getting to know organizations involved in the South Side community.
